How we Train

Our main goal is to help you develop into a better basketball player by covering a variety of fundamental basketball skills and techniques. Through our trainings you will be able to enhance your skill level, confidence, and basketball IQ. At B-Extreme we believe that it's not where you START, but it's where you FINISH!

Our focus

SHOOTING

B-Extreme helps develop the basic fundamentals of a proper shooting technique. We work on all aspects of a players' shot including form, catch and release, shots off the dribble, and more. 


FINISHES

B-Extreme gives players the tools they will need to capitalize and finish at the rim.  Repetitions will allow players to finish through contact, traffic, and more. 


BALL HANDLING

B-Extreme teaches proper ball handling techniques and moves through various drills. Athletes will improve dribbling mechanics, learn how to handle pressure, create space, and more. 


FOOT WORK

B-Extreme gives players the tools they will need to capitalize and finish at the rim.  Repetitions will allow players to finish through contact, traffic, and more. 

Training Sessions

Important Info:

Since I am a full time graduate student at TN Tech, I will only be available for sessions Friday-Sunday. I will be rotating weekends between Cookeville, TN and Newport, TN. Send me an email, phone call, or text to schedule a session. We will work out a time and location.

Schedule:

Friday: 5 PM- 8PM

Saturday: 10 AM- 3PM

Sunday: 2 PM- 5PM

1 Hour Sessions: Individual and Group Sessions Are Available!
