B-Extreme helps develop the basic fundamentals of a proper shooting technique. We work on all aspects of a players' shot including form, catch and release, shots off the dribble, and more.

B-Extreme gives players the tools they will need to capitalize and finish at the rim. Repetitions will allow players to finish through contact, traffic, and more.

B-Extreme teaches proper ball handling techniques and moves through various drills. Athletes will improve dribbling mechanics, learn how to handle pressure, create space, and more.

Since I am a full time graduate student at TN Tech, I will only be available for sessions Friday-Sunday. I will be rotating weekends between Cookeville, TN and Newport, TN. Send me an email, phone call, or text to schedule a session. We will work out a time and location.
